Brigadier Khalid Shaheen (Retired), SI (M)
Managing Director
Brigadier Khalid Shaheen (Retired), SI (M), brings to FERA more than 28 years of experience in intelligence, strategic analysis, crisis management, organisational leadership, and security affairs.
During his professional career, he held senior command, analytical, advisory, and institutional-development appointments, working extensively in complex operating environments and alongside government, law-enforcement, and other national and international stakeholders.
His experience encompasses strategic assessment, risk analysis, crisis preparedness, inter-agency coordination, and the development of institutional systems and processes.
He holds a Master's degree in International Affairs and has undertaken advanced professional training in intelligence and analysis.
As Managing Director of FERA, he brings this experience to the corporate environment with a particular emphasis on objective analysis, informed judgement, discretion, and the development of practical solutions to complex organisational challenges.
